So, for months now Caleb has been saying "Dada." I'm not convinced he knows what it really means yet, but nonetheless he says it. In a fitting way, he said "Mama" today for the first time without fussing. He has said it for months when he gets upset (mamamamama), but it's more of a mumble. For the past couple of weeks, he has been really watching our mouths and trying to mimic sounds. Of course I have been working on "mama" since birth. Alas, my 30th birthday and he whips out his new skill. What a sweet present, baby!

My first birthday present from Caleb
