A week ago it seemed
That Caleb was cautious
A climber, no way
When what to our ignorant eyes did appear
But a 19 month climber
A-top our table on foot
Grab the camera
Snap the shot
Then chastise and remove
"No climbing on the table"
It just isn't safe
With a grin and a fear
Our days of peace are now past
Caleb the climber is brave and so quick
What a naughty little boy! But oh-so cute!
